lines currently have the capability of producing various product lines such as Audio-CD,
CD-ROM and Video-CDs. Our plant can provide a full solution to your CD requirement from
pre-mastering, glass mastering, replication, printing right up to packing. Whether you are involved in CD-ROM, Audio or Video CD,
your choice for a CD plant is made easy with just provide to us of your master and
material and ina nick of time, you will receive your finished product - all produce
in-house, fully QC and packaged uniquely to your specific instruction.
Currently, our group has an annual capacity of more than 36 million discs and
printing capability has increased from a 2 colors silk-screen print to current status of 5
colors silk-screen and 4 colors offset print capacity. We also exploring possibilities of
setting up more facilities in the region to shorten distribution time in its continuous
effort to better service to our customer.

Premastering or
encording id the most crucial stage in compact disc production. The process ensures that
the quality of the final product is as same as that of the master. Attention to details
allows the Group to meet the stringent and high standard of leading companies in the

| The mastering
process involves the laser beam recorder optical bench which has stationary lens mountings
and simple optical path. The design and innovation of OMP system contributes significantly
to the process's overall stability and efficiency. |

During the
injection moulding process, information is injected onto a plastic disc. To replicate the
discs, stampers are fitted into the injection-moulding machine within the replication line
for pressing. |

| A thin layer of
finish such as lacquer covers the surface of the disc to protect it. The lacquer also
allows printing on the plastic disc to be carried out effectively and efficiently. |

The choice of
silk-screen and offset printing is available. Depending on design requirement, the offset
printing machine can print multi-color pictures to give the disc an attractive cosmetic
finish. |

| A fully
automatic packing machine packs the final products into jewel boxer. The shrink and
cellophane-wrapping capabilities of the machine adds to the product's image and minimizes
manual labour. |

Packaging

| We
take takes credit of being the first company in Malaysia to replicate a number of locally
produced CD-ROM. We also has installed a fully automated packing machine to cope with the
increased capacity output from the replication lines. |
